Micheal Pope speaks to 2021 GNW Laity Session

The three annual conference lay leaders in the Greater Northwest Area of The United Methodist Church – Jo Anne Hayden (Alaska), Jan Nelson (OR-ID) and Nancy Davis (PNW) – help to introduce Micheal Pope, the keynote speaker for the 2021 Laity Session. Pope is the California-Nevada Conference lay leader, CEO of Alzheimer’s Services of the East Bay, a motivational speaker and podcast show host. As a deeply committed United Methodist, Micheal encourages us to live into our theme of “Love Never Ends” and calls us to fully step into our role as laity. The shared Greater Northwest Area Laity Session took place virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. The remainder of the session can be viewed here.
